What time should we arrive?
Please plan to arrive between 11:00-11:45am. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking. You must be in your designated location by 11:50am for roll call. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to participate in the parade. We will step off at 12:45pm.

Where do we park?
There is no designated parking for parade participants. Carpooling is an excellent idea! Please have a plan on where you want to park before you arrive. Parking is available at several garages including: Dwight Kessel Garage, State Street Garage, Main Street Garage, City-County Building Garage (all free on weekends).

Where do we drop off?
Buses can drop off on along Main St between Locust and Walnut. Marching Bands will gather on the City-County Building lawn on Main Street between Gay Street and Walnut. Buses can park in the
lots at Magnolia and Williams. (The parade will end at Depot Avenue in front of Mill & Mine.)

Are Restrooms available?
Portable toilets will be available near the KSPP tent in front of Blount Mansion located at 200 West Hill Avenue.

Are the release forms mandatory?
YES! We have to have a signed release from every single person participating in the parade. You can return them to the KSPP tent, located at 200 W. Hill Avenue in front of Blount Mansion.

Can we hand out treats?
You may hand out candy and other fun things to the attendees. You may NOT throw candy.
